There is a modest but adequate canteen which provides nutritious food and beverages at subsidized prices. The canteen gives importance to hygiene with reference to the preparation, storage and serving of food. There is a canteen committee monitoring the canteen, which plays a vital role in making decisions.

A separate table and chairs are allotted exclusively for the staff members.
